Your account's Stronghold research and Heirloom bonuses raise every dragon's stats beyond level and stars. Calibrate each breed from one in-game dragon. All dragons of that breed inherit the result. Uncalibrated breeds compute at 0% upgrades (raw level/star attributes only). That's the default, not a bug. Investment changes over time, so recalibrate whenever your Stronghold or Heirlooms grow.
